Meeting of CIS Heads of Government Council kicks off in Moscow

Meeting of CIS heads of Government has kicked off in Moscow.

Russian bureau of Report informs that the Azerbaijani delegation at the meeting is headed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

During the meeting, special attention will be paid to the concept of cooperation of the CIS -member states in the field of digital development of society and the plan of priority measures for its implementation, as well as the strategy to ensure information security of the CIS member states.

In addition, documents regulating cooperation of the Commonwealth countries in the field of standardization, veterinary medicine, antimonopoly regulation, development of radio navigation, reclamation of territories of the states exposed to uranium mining, holding of the games of the CIS countries, as well as cooperation in the fight against illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors will be signed during the meeting.

Traditionally, an extensive set of documents submitted to the heads of government will be devoted to the financial support of the CIS bodies.
