The Latvian Foreign Ministry has congratulated the Azerbaijani people on May 28 - Independence Day, Report informs.
“On the occasion of the Independence Day of Azerbaijan, we send our best wishes for peace and prosperity to Azerbaijani people!” the ministry tweeted.
