Latvian ex-president: Azerbaijan a regional leader and platform for global discussions

Report informs, former President of Latvia Valdis Zatlers told reporters on the sidelines of the 6th Global Baku Forum.

He noted that the main values for the international community are cooperation and mutual understanding. The Global Forum in Baku provides answers to questions arising on these topics.
