Language ban on island of Corsica is an indication of aggression of Macron's France - Azerbaijani MP

The ban on the Corsican language on the island of Corsica indicates the aggression of Macron's France, a member of the Milli Majlis (Parliament), Hikmat Babaoglu, told Report.

According to him, France is known as an aggressive country in the system of international relations: " This has become the main characteristic of Macron's France. Therefore, France is losing its position in its historical colonies outside the country. France also faces the crimes it has committed in history. North African and Arab countries are demanding that France account for these crimes. But it is a pity that France did not learn from these relations, which emerged as a logical result of an aggressive policy. On the contrary, its attempt to implement a new colonist policy in the regions where it has historically had no influence is also obvious from its relation to the Caucasus. But this is not the whole issue because this country behaves aggressively towards its citizens."

The MP said that the ban on the Corsican language on the island of Corsica is one of the clear indicators of France's aggression: "Of course, this situation causes legitimate protests not only among Corsicans but also in the entire European community that respects international law. The United Nations (UN) has already expressed its opinion. That decision will cause discontent inside France. This will ultimately lead to the exposure of the inner face of Macron's France, aggressive and colonist policy.”
