Kestutis Jankauskas: Right step was taken to start dialogue on visa abolition with Azerbaijan

Baku. 13 December. REPORT.AZ/ “The EU and Azerbaijan have made progress in the meetings of visa and readmission committees”, head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan, Ambassador Kestutis Jankauskas said.

Report informs that he spoke while commenting on the prospects of visa abolition for Azerbaijani citizens.

"In mid-September, the European Union and Azerbaijan held meetings of the committees on visa and readmission issues in Brussels. A progress was made at the meetings and we took steps to launch the visa liberalization dialogue," the ambassador said.
