Jeyhun Bayramov unveils conditions for normalization of Azerbaijani-Armenian relations

"The head of the state reiterated that Azerbaijan supported the normalization of relations based on the principle of sovereignty, territorial integrity, and inviolability of international borders under the norms and principles of international law."

Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said in a statement following the meeting with Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mukhtar Tileuberdi, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan.

The Minister said that the sooner Armenia realizes that there is no alternative to the development of relations based on the norms and principles of international law for the normal development of the region, the sooner it can give results for Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as the countries of the region.

"Azerbaijan has repeatedly stated its unwavering position in this regard," he added.
