On November 10, 2020, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
The Turkish Foreign Minister sincerely congratulated Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and the people of Azerbaijan on the victory. According to the Turkish Minister, as one nation and two states, Turkey shares Azerbaijan's joy.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov expressed gratitude to his brother Turkish counterpart and whole the Turkish people for always standing by the Azerbaijani people, its firm support to the Azerbaijani people's position, for sharing our joy and sorrow.
