An international seminar "Countries of the Visegrad Group and Azerbaijan" has started in Baku.
Report informs that the seminar is attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in the country, local and foreign experts.
At the opening of the event, Chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations Farid Shafiyev noted that the number of students from Azerbaijan is growing every year in the countries of the Visegrad Four.
"In particular, the growth in the number of students is observed in the Czech Republic and Poland," he noted.
Shafiyev stressed that Azerbaijan maintains strategic partnership with all countries of the Visegrad Group.
"The South Caucasus and Eastern Europe have historically strong ties," he added.
The seminar will address the issues associated with the energy crisis that arose against the background of the Russian war in Ukraine and ways to solve them, as well as the challenges of future technological transformation for the Visegrad Four countries, as well as Azerbaijan.
