Baku. 16 July. REPORT.AZ/ Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) is holding meeting in Brussels, to discuss Eastern Partnership program.
Report informs, heads of foreign policy departments of the EU take part in meeting. At the meeting, ministers will discuss the implementation of the program and prepare a unified position for the upcoming October meeting of the EU heads and the partner countries of the program.
Notably, the Eastern Partnership program aimed at bringing the EU closer to its six eastern neighbours - Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus, was launched in 2009 at a summit in Prague. It was initiated by Poland and Sweden.
