Ilham Aliyev sends letter to Zelensky

Dear Mr President,

It is on the occasion of the national holiday of friendly Ukraine – the Independence Day that on my behalf and behalf of the Azerbaijan people, I wish to congratulate you warmly, and through you, your people.

Today, the relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ukraine are on the way to dynamic development. I believe that our traditional friendly ties and mutually beneficial cooperation will further develop and expand successfully for our people's sake.

In these tough times, when the world faces COVID-19 pandemic, I wish to note that the Azerbaijan people stand in solidarity with the friendly people of Ukraine.

On this festive day, I wish you robust health, success in your work, and everlasting peace and welfare to Ukraine's friendly people.
