ICJ to deliver its order on Azerbaijan’s suit against Armenia on February 22

The decision of the International Court of Justice on the suit of Azerbaijan against Armenia will be announced on February 22, Report informs.

The President of the Court, Judge Joan E. Donoghue, will read out the Court’s Order at a public sitting at the Peace Palace in The Hague to be held following the delivery of its Order in the case concerning Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Armenia v. Azerbaijan).

On January 31, public hearings were held at the International Court of Justice based on the appeal of the Azerbaijani side in order to take urgent measures within the framework of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination in response to the deliberate violation of the rights of Azerbaijanis by Armenia.
