Hikmat Hajiyev: Ocampo’s report contains unsubstantiated accusations

A report by Luis Moreno Ocampo contains unsubstantiated allegations and accusations, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration said in an interview with Associated Press, Report informs.
