Assistant to President of Azerbaijan meets with Secretary of Armenian Security Council

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar has met with Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the Azerbaijani President and Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, and Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Armenian National Security Council , Report informs, citing Toivo Klaar's Twitter page.

"Good and substantive discussions in Brussels today on Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and EU engagement with Hikmat Hajiyev and Armen Grigoryan," Klaar tweeted.
