Hikmat Hajiyev appeals to international community regarding Armenia

Azerbaijan is full of determination to rebuild more than nine completely destroyed cities, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, said at a conference on "44-Day Victory Path" at ADA University.

According to him, Azerbaijan is always ready to negotiate a peace agreement:

"After that, it is possible to act following the cooperation mechanism. Relations between the two countries must be restored. We call on the entire international community to take steps in this direction."
