"On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Restoration of Independence of our strategic partner Azerbaijan, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and sincerely wish success and prosperity to the friendly people of Azerbaijan," Georgian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani wrote on Twitter.
