Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Serbia hold meeting

During a meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in Turin, Italy, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Serbian Foreign Minister Nikola Selaković, Report informs, citing MFA.

They expressed satisfaction with the current state of the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Serbia and discussed economic, trade, political, humanitarian, and other issues of bilateral cooperation. They noted the prospects for development in these areas.

The sides exchanged views on the forthcoming entry into force of the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Serbia on mutual elimination of visa requirements for holders of passports", cooperation in the field of civil aviation, as well as opportunities for effective use of existing tourism potential between the two countries.

The ministers also discussed regional and international issues of mutual interest.
