Foreign Minister says questions 'occasionally arise' regarding peacekeepers' activities in Karabakh

The peacekeepers in Karabakh were deployed under the tripartite statement, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said, as quoted by Report.

According to the diplomat, the peacekeeping contingent fulfills its functions.

"Of course, from time to time, there are some questions; those questions are still related to the presence of Armenian military formations in Karabakh and illegal visits to those territories. Such cases become a subject of discussion. Azerbaijan supports the settlement of issues in this way," the minister said.
