“Azerbaijan has faced Armenian aggression since the first days of its independence,” said the Spokesperson for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Leyla Abdullayeva.
According to her, the practice of taking Azerbaijanis captive and hostage as a result of aggression has been widely used.
