Fawzi: International conference in Zangilan - source of information about mine problem

The holding of the 3rd International Conference in Zangilan is important in terms of providing information about the mine problem, President of the Islamic Forum on International Humanitarian Law (Organization of Islamic Cooperation), professor of humanitarian law Oussedik Fawzi, told reporters.
"I am glad that I came to Karabakh and I am surprised at what a great and professional work has been done here. I also see that this region is gaining new life. Today's dialogue is very important for the dissemination of information, as well as for cultural development," he said .
Fawzi also noted that planting mines is a serious violation of international humanitarian law.
