EU Special Representative to visit Azerbaijan

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar is to visit Azerbaijan this week.
Klaar, who is on a visit to Yerevan, is expected to come to Baku later.
During the trip, he will meet with several officials of the country.
