EU Special Representative for South Caucasus arrives in Azerbaijan

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar has arrived in Azerbaijan, Report informs citing the EU delegation in Azerbaijan.

During the two-day visit, Klaar will meet with a number of country officials.
