EU special rep arrives in Azerbaijan

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar has arrived in Azerbaijan, Report informs.
Klaar will hold meetings with a number of Azerbaijani officials in Baku.
Issues of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the EU, topical regional issues, as well as issues of security and humanitarian situation on the ground will be discussed.
The visit will end on September 19.
Klaar earlier visited Yerevan.
