EU once again recognized territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in document initialed today

Baku. 11 July. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and inviolability of the borders of Azerbaijan are reflected in EU-Azerbaijan “Partnership Priorities” document initialed today.

Report informs, as noted in the first paragraph of the document, the priorities of joint partnership have been agreed by Azerbaijan and the European Union, based on mutual interest and joint values in order to further enhance cooperation.

At the same time, the first paragraph points out that both sides are committed to supporting the inviolability of international borders along with the territorial integrity, independence and sovereignty of countries.

Notably, in the presence of President of the European Council, Donald Tusk, and the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, EU-Azerbaijan partnership priorities have been initialed.

High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, Federica Mogherini and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov have initialed the document.
