"The cooperation between the Turkic states derives its strength from the historical brotherhood ties, common culture, solidarity, language, and traditions," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said.
He stated that, unfortunately, the Turkic world had received many blows so far, and it has not been able to achieve its desired goals due to these blows.
“The Istanbul Summit, which we chaired in the previous period, was a turning point for the Turkic states. With this summit, we turned the Turkic Council into an international organization called the Organization of Turkic States,” Erdogan said.
