Envoy: Azerbaijan is Ukraine's main partner in South Caucasus

Azerbaijan is Ukraine's main partner in the South Caucasus, the Ukrainian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladislav Kanevsky said during the online conference on 'Diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Ukraine through the prism of the past and the present.'

Report quotes the ambassador as saying that over the years of cooperation, a lot has changed, except for mutual respect and friendship between the two countries. The envoy has thereby stressed particular importance attached to the dynamic development of mutually beneficial relations between the two countries.

The diplomat said that Ukraine fully supports Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and is ready to assist in the restoration of the territories liberated from occupation.

"We will be linked by technological and financial trends... we complement each other economically... Our future will definitely not be monotonous," Kanevsky said in conclusion.
