Embassy: No Azerbaijani citizens among victims of Manchester explosion

Baku. 23 May. REPORT.AZ/ "The Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United Kingdom states that according to the current information, no Azerbaijani citizens recorded to be among dead and injured in Manchester explosion".

Spokesperson for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmat Hajiyev told Report.

"However, our embassy is in contact with relevant British authorities regarding the incident. Further information will be reported", Hajiyev said.

Notably, yesterday, on May 22 explosion hit Manchester arena during a concert. 22 people were killed and about 60 people were injured.
