"According to the Cabinet of Ministers' decision, the validity of passports, which expired on January 1, 2020, or later, is considered extended until July 1 this year," said the Azerbaijani Embassy in the United States.
"Please note that it is not possible to cross international borders with an expired passport. In this regard, if you visit Azerbaijan, please apply for a return certificate through the embassy," the diplomatic mission said.
