Dagestan leader: We cannot divide seabed for 25 years, third countries may appear here soon

Baku. 1 November. REPORT.AZ/ "Azerbaijan has invested 1 billion rubles for development of Derbent."

Report informs, Head of the Republic of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov said at the 7th Azerbaijan-Russian Interregional Forum.

He stated that culture is of great importance in the development of bilateral relations. Dagestani Head stressed importance of the projects to protect cultural heritage of Dagestanis in Azerbaijan and Azerbaijanis in Dagestan.

R.Abdulatipov expressed his dissatisfaction with poor cooperation of the sides on the Caspian Sea: "Now, we are like in bottom of the Caspian Sea. We haven't been able to divide seabed for 25 years. Third countries may appear here soon. When it happens, we will be dissatisfied with their hindering our cooperation."

Speaking about importance of development of trade relations, Head of Dagestan said that customs and logistics center is being established on Azerbaijani-Russian border with the capacity to carry out daily examination of 300 vehicles.
