Chairman of Milli Majlis: Azerbaijan ready to do everyting to improve relations between Turkey and Russia

Baku. 27 November. REPORT.AZ/ Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu during in his visit to Azerbaijan held a meeting with Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament, Ogtay Asadov.

Report informs, O. Asadov congratulated the Turkish Minister on creation of a new government.

Then sides discussed regional and international issues. In particular, regarding the issue of downed Russian plane, O.Asadov said that Azerbaijan is ready to do everything possible to improve relations between Turkey and Russia.

M.Cavusoglu thanked Parliament for its position, adding that Turkey has acted within the framework of international law. He expressed confidence that the issue can be solved through diplomatic channels. "We are waiting for the same position from the Russian Federation", he said.
