BSEC observer: No breaches observed during elections in Azerbaijan

"I love Azerbaijan. I have many friends here. Your country is changing very rapidly," Peter Kanev, Deputy of the Bulgarian Parliament and Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) told Report.
"We have visited several polling stations and have seen no breaches. Azerbaijan organized everything related to the election process. Despite the adverse weather, there were many people at the polling stations," Kanev said.
