British Embassy to Azerbaijan lowers flag to half mast as grief for victims of Manchester attack

Baku. 23 May. REPORT.AZ/ The British Embassy to Azerbaijan has lowered flag to half mast as a sign of grief for victims of Manchester terrorist attack.

Report informs citing the British Embassy press service, a book of condolences will be opened at the embassy in Baku on May 24 and 25 between 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00 in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack in Manchester.

Notably, yesterday, on May 22 explosion hit Manchester arena during a concert. 22 people were killed and about 60 people injured.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry have expressed condolences in connection with the incident.
