British ambassador welcomes opening of Aghdam - Khankandi road

The UK welcomes the opening of the Aghdam-Khankandi road for the Russian Red Cross Society to deliver food to Armenians living in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, the British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld said in a post on X, Report informs.
“We welcome the fact that a truck from the Russian Red Cross Society delivered food to Armenians in Karabakh via the Aghdam-Khankandi road. As a next step, we support the delivery of food by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to Karabakh via the Aghdam-Khankandi and Lachin routes,” the ambassador said.
