Azerbaijan will never allow its territory to be used for attacks on third countries, including its neighboring and friendly Iran, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said in a phone call with his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araghchi.
The ministry stressed that the two officials discussed the escalation in the Middle East, with Araghchi briefing Bayramov on the consequences of Israeli attacks and Iran's subsequent measures.
Bayramov also said that, in view of Iran's airspace closing, Azerbaijan has facilitated the passage of representatives from various countries and Iran across its land border.
