Azerbaijan has fulfilled its commitments toward finalizing a peace agreement, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said.
Speaking to journalists, Bayramov noted that the text of the draft peace agreement has already been initialed and made public.
He said Azerbaijan's position on the matter remains unchanged, recalling that President Ilham Aliyev has outlined the country's official stance.
According to Bayramov, Baku expects Armenia to remove territorial claims against Azerbaijan from its constitution. He said the peace agreement could be signed once that condition is met.
