Baku, Muscat mull co-op in statistics

Azerbaijan and Oman have discussed cooperation in statistics and information technology, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Oman wrote on X, Report informs.

"His Excellency Dr Khalifa bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Barwani, CEO of National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI), received at his office this morning, His Excellency Rashad Ismayilov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Sultanate of Oman. The meeting highlighted a number of topics of mutual interest and explored avenues for cooperation in statistical and information-related fields aligned with NCSI's mandates and functions," the embassy wrote.
