Baku hosts presentation of methodical manual "On the procedure of passport control"

Baku. 24 July. REPORT.AZ/ The presentation of the second edition of the methodical manual "On the procedure of passport control" published within the framework of the project financed by the U.S. Department of State and implemented jointly with Azerbaijan's State Border Service.

Report informs, addressing the event, Deputy Head of the International Relations Department of the State Border Service Murad Naghiyev told about the project "The Increase of the National Potential on Integrated Border Management in Azerbaijan", within the framework of which the manual has been issued. He stressed that more than 50 border guards have gone through respective trainings within the framework of the project.

Head of the representation of the International Organization for Migration in Azerbaijan Serkhan Aktoprak highlighted the importance of the publication of such manuals, especially in a context of the mass migration of refugees observed at the present time.

Afterwards, detailed information about the manual was given. It was informed that the book has been issued in the Azerbaijani language with a circulation of 200 copies.
