Azerbaijani President attends inauguration of new building of Turkic Council Secretariat in Istanbul

The opening ceremony of a new building of the Secretariat of the Cooperation Council of the Turkic Speaking States was held in Istanbul on November 12.

Report informs that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States Baghdad Amreyev attended the opening ceremony.

The heads of the states and governments raised the national flags of their countries outside the building and cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the new secretariat building.
