"In general, the Russian peacekeeping forces' activity can be positively assessed. Of course, we have dissatisfaction and objections." Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with Anadolu Agency.
"First of all, it is connected with the illegal visits of foreign citizens to our territory. We have repeatedly raised this issue. Because Karabakh is our territory, and no foreign citizen or vehicle can enter these territories without our permission. Permission must be obtained from us. But I can say that this issue has not been fully resolved. However, I must say that the number of illegal entry of foreigners to Karabakh is minimal. We must also state this. As a result of our policy and insistence, this process is coming to an end. But, of course, we would like our sovereignty and territorial integrity to be fully respected. Russian high-ranking officials say that Karabakh is Azerbaijani land. And in this case, the military serving in the field must also act per these statements," Aliyev said.
