​Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov leaves for Luxembourg

Baku. 20 April. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov recently left for Luxembourg. 

Report informs citing the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov is to attend the second meeting of the foreign ministers of the Eastern Partnership, which will be held today in Luxembourg.
