Azerbaijani FM comments on possibility of Azerbaijan's CSTO accession

Baku. 23 October. REPORT.AZ / Azerbaijan pursues a balanced foreign policy, Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov said in an interview to RIA Novosti, commenting on the possibility of Azerbaijan's accession to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Report informs.
"In this regard, we develop an active bilateral dialogue and mutually beneficial equitable cooperation with all CSTO member-states, of course, with the exception of Armenia, which continues to carry out military aggression against Azerbaijan and occupy the internationally recognized territories of my country, where they committed the bloody and total ethnic cleansing of the Azerbaijani population," Mammadyarov said.
