Azerbaijani, Finnish FMs meet in Stockholm 

Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland Pekka haavisto within the 28th Meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council, Report informs, citing the ministry.

The ministers discussed bilateral relations, as well as cooperation within the international organizations, including the OSCE.

Finland's initiative to chair the OSCE in the 50th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act in 2025 was welcomed.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov briefed his counterpart on the current situation in the region, the work done in various formats to normalize Azerbaijani-Armenian relations on the basis of norms and principles of international law, as well as steps taken to implement trilateral statements.

The ministers also exchanged views on other regional and international issues of mutual interest.
