Azerbaijani envoy presents his credentials to Austrian president

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Austria Rovshan Sadigbayli has presented his credentials to Austrian Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen, Report informs.

“I hope for cooperation with my Austrian colleagues to further strengthen bilateral relations between our countries,” the ambassador said.

President Ilham Aliyev appointed Rovshan Sadigbayli as the new ambassador of Azerbaijan to Austria by an order dated July 23, 2021.

By another decree of the Azerbaijani president, Sadigbayli was appointed Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the UN Office in Vienna, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization.
