Azerbaijani and Russian delegations holding expanded meeting

A bilateral meeting with the participation of delegations, led by the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Lavrov is being held in Baku, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
