Azerbaijani ambassador meets Moroccan minister

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Morocco Nazim Samadov held a meeting with the Moroccan Minister of Equipment and Water Nizar Baraka, Report informs.

During the meeting, the officials discussed Azerbaijan and Morocco cooperation projects to expand collaboration, develop ties, and progress prospects in the field of road building, construction, transport, water supply, meteorology, construction and use of seaports.

The Azerbaijani ambassador informed Nizar Baraka about partner organizations and the management system in Azerbaijan and, in order to develop comprehensive cooperation, he proposed, first of all, to organize mutual trips of representatives of the relevant structures. The minister approved this idea and expressed his readiness to invite delegations from the above-mentioned areas on an official visit to Rabat for further cooperation.

Then Nazim Samadov briefed the Moroccan minister about the construction work carried out in Azerbaijan’s territories liberated from the occupation, and noted that Moroccan companies have ample opportunities for cooperation in this process. Minister Nizar Baraka expressed his readiness to provide support on this regard.
