Azerbaijani ambassador attends meeting of ambassadors of Islamic countries with Pakistani Interior Minister

Baku. 25 March. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani Ambassador to Pakistan Ali Alizadeh attended a meeting of the ambassadors of Muslim countries in Islamabad with Pakistani Interior Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan in chair.

Report informs citing the Pakistani media, the meeting convened by the Interior Minister on one-point agenda i.e. to discuss blasphemous content on social media and how to effectively raise voice of the entire Muslim world against the madness unleashed against Islam and holy personalities in the name of freedom of expression.

N. A. Khan noted that it is not permissible for social networks to speak incorrectly about Islam:

t was also noted that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan will prepare a special document to be transmitted to the ambassadors of Muslim countries, so that governments can effectively combat blasphemy in social networks.
