Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry has congratulated Malta on the anniversary of its state independence.
Report informs that the minister shared a post in this regard on its Twitter page.
"Offering our warmest congratulations and best wishes to the Republic of Malta on the occasion of Independence Day," the message reads.
