Javanshir Akhundov has been recalled from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Latvia.
According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.
By another presidential decree, Elnur Sultanov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Latvia.
