Azerbaijan-Georgia Commission on Border issues may hold its next session in Tbilisi in September

The expert group of the joint commission of Georgia and Azerbaijan continue the joint work on coordinated areas of the state border, Report's local bureau informs citing the Georgian Foreign Ministry.

As is noted, the inspections were held in the areas close to Vakhtangisi village of Keshishdag complex on August 20.

The experts discussed their positions on the indicated areas. The group of Georgian experts clarified their position on crossing the border to the Azerbaijani side. The results of the works will be presented to the commission co-chairs for consideration.

Similar works will also be held on other coordinated areas in the coming days. The experts will continue the first stage of their work until August 23. The second stage is planned to cover a short period of time.

After the meetings of the experts it is planned to hold the next session of the border delimitation and demarcation commission in Tbilisi in September.
