Azerbaijan, Belarus eye to expand cooperation in construction

Azerbaijan's Minister of Emergency Situations Colonel General Kamaladdin Heydarov met with Belarusian Minister of Architecture and Construction Aleksandr Studnev, who is visiting the country as part of the 13th UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).
The meeting highlighted the importance of WUF13 in Baku and expressed confidence that Belarus' participation would strengthen bilateral relations and experience sharing. It was noted that Azerbaijan–Belarus relations are developing rapidly based on mutual respect and trust, with strong potential for cooperation in construction and security.
The sides also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
