Azerbaijan appoints new ambassador to Kyrgyzstan

Latif Seyfaddin oglu Gandilov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Kyrgyz Republic.
Report informs that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.
Gandilov was recalled from the post of Azerbaijani ambassador to Belarus in July this year.
